Hidden under Dufferin Terrace in Québec City, Saint-Louis Forts and Châteaux National Historic Site is an archaeological crypt that reveals what was the official residence and seat of power of governors from 1620 to 1834. Descend the staircase to discover its history and stroll through the remains of the Château Saint-Louis! Explore the lower courtyard, outbuildings and culinary facilities. The more than 120 artifacts and state-of-the-art technological devices on display will help bring the sophisticated life of the château's residents to life.
